Screwed at the Drive-thru
Words by Mark L Berry / Music by Nils Rurack in St. Louis, MO

Can I speak to the manager please?
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
I know she’s busy but you can’t help me
You gave me two burgers but I ordered three
That’s just one beef that I have with you
Because I didn’t get all of my order
Yesterday, here at the drive-thru
I got halfway home
Before I reached for my food
All of my french fries were missing,
It put me in a really foul mood.
Now can I speak to the manager please?
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
I know she’s still busy but you can’t help me
You gave me two burgers but I ordered three
That’s just one beef that I have with you
Because I didn’t get all of my order
Yesterday, here at the drive-thru
I was almost home
When I spilled soda on my clothes
The cup was so full of ice
That my gearbox nearly froze!
So I came to speak to the manager now
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
I know she’s very busy but you can’t help me
You gave me two burgers but I ordered three
That’s just one beef that I have with you
Because you’re the one who got my order wrong
Yesterday, here at the drive-thru
I’ve had more than enough of you
Someone who couldn’t even buy a clue
So now I want to meet the one who trained you
The one who taught you what to do
I want to know if it’s your official company policy
That I should always get screwed here at the drive-thru
Yesterday you may have laughed
As I was driving away
But my car is now in park
And I’ll sit here and wait all day
This time it won’t be me
This time it’ll be you
Who is going to get
Screwed here at the drive-thru
Now can I speak to the manager please?
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
I can wait all day
Now can I speak to the manager please?
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
I’m not going away
Now can I speak to the manager please?
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
Still waiting
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
Man-a-ger
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
Wah, wah, waaah, wah, wah wah, wah, waaah
Wah, wah, waaah
